Jake, 2 days natulog pagkatapos ng shooting nila ni kylie

Napapanood na ngayon sa iWant ang pelikulang Love Lockdown na pinagbibidahan nina Angelica Panganiban, JM de Guzman, Sue Ramirez, Arjo Atayde, Tony Labrusca at ang magkasintahang sina Kylie Verzosa at Jake Cuenca. Hindi raw inakala ni Jake na makagagawa pa sila ng beauty queen ng isang pelikula sa gitna ng ipinatutupad na enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon. “I think my favorite part of the whole experience was just to act, period. Seriously the whole lockdown, with everything that’s happening, as an actor, you’re missing your craft. I find myself wanting to express myself and even told Kylie at certain points that I wanted to shoot certain monologues from the play that I was about to do that also got cancelled. Then Dreamscape came and offered this. Something really brand new, something exciting that I’ve never done before. I always said that I always wanted to be behind the camera as well. Hindi ako nagmamadali gawin ‘yon but I guess it just landed in my lap. It happened just like that,” pahayag ni Jake.

Ang aktor mismo ang kumuha ng kanilang mga eksena ni Kylie sa condominium unit kung saan magkasama ang magkasintahan. Mara-ming bagay ang natutunan ng aktor dahil sa mga narasanan habang ginagawa ang naturang digital film. “It was very tiring kasi after three days of shooting I was completely exhausted. I was asleep for two days. ‘Yung experience naman namin was talagang ngaragan. We had to learn things that we didn’t know how to do like we had to learn how to use the audio. Also the lights and everything. Also just a new found respect for people on the set, people behind the camera. ‘Yung thinking ko lagi, kung pagod kaming artista, mas pagod ‘yung staff, ‘yung production. This time around mas naiintindihan ko kung gaano kahirap ang trabaho nila. Kasi we had to actually do it. And I think for me that’s a blessing,” paliwanag ng aktor.

Assunta, hindi makapagpa-check up

Natanggap na noon pa man ni Assunta de Rossi na hindi na sila magkakaanak ni Jules Ledesma sa pamamagitan ng natural method. Labing-anim na taon nang kasal ang mag-asawa pero hindi pa nabibiyayaan ng anak. Talagang nasorpresa umano ang aktres nang matuklasang nagdadalang-tao na pala siya. “It’s the most beautiful miracle. I’m stuck in bed all day, feeling horrible, nausea and dizziness are my enemies these days. I can’t even gain weight kasi hirap akong kumain. Pinipilit ko naman and I take vitamins. I do miss being active, but my body feels overworked. I feel tired all day. Minsan late na ako nakakaligo kasi tulog nga ako maghapon,” kwento ni Assunta.

Ika-apat na buwan na ngayon ang ipinagbubuntis ng aktres pero hindi pa muling makapunta sa ospital para makapagpa-checkup dahil sa panaganib na dulot ng covid-19 pandemic. “I could hear a soft heartbeat already. Na-lockdown so until now wala pa akong bagong scan. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for any preparation kasi biglaan. All I could do was to take advantage of the situation and get plenty of rest. Wala din naman kasing magagawa and also naglalabasan na symptoms ko kaya that was all I could do, just eat and sleep. I was worried because the last time I had a doctor’s appointment was two or three days before the lockdown. I still am worried. But I try not to stress myself so much. Thankfully, nothing weird is happening so that’s a relief,” pagbabahagi ng aktres. (Reports from JCC)
