Pia smart with a good sense of humor ang hanap sa lalaki, kinumpirma ring magiging correspondent ng Inside Edition sa Super Bowl

MANILA, Philippines – Sino kaya ang iboboto ni Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach? Kahapon ay nag-dialogue siya na dapat maging wais ang mga botante sa darating na election dahil napakaimportante nito.

Nag-courtesy call ang bagong Miss U kay Presidente Noynoy Aquino na minsan na ring na-link kay Pia at natanong kung ano ang wish niya for the Philippines lalo na ngayong papalapit na ang election :

“Well, I hope that we elect the right people because it’s going to shape the country for the next couple of years, so it’s very important. My advice would be: kilalanin ninyo po na mabuti ‘yung mga iboboto ninyo. Dapat po magaan sa loob ninyo kung sino ‘yung mga iboboto ninyo. Hindi po sapilitan, hindi po parang minadaling desis­yon. Kailangan po magaan sa loob ninyo kung sino ‘yung iboboto ninyo po for the elections.”

May ilang nabalita kamakailan na mag-e-endorso raw ng presidentiable si Pia pero parang hindi na yata matutuloy dahil wala nang nababanggit.

Natanong din si Pia sa Mala­cañang kahapon kung ano ang napag-usapan nila ni Presidente sa naganap na courtesy call.

“Well, he congratulated me and we talked about Miss Universe for a little bit also with what he has been --- what he has been busy with lately and how he has been doing, how I have been doing. And he congratulated me; I also congratulated him for a successful term.”

So ano’ng naramdaman niya nang magkita uli sila? “Well, it’s very...It’s an honor to be in the presence of the President, of course, especially now that I am here as Miss Universe bringing back home the crown for the Filipinos.”

Eh ano ba ang ideal man niya?

“Somebody who is smart with a good sense of humor. Those are the two qualities that are important to me.”

Kinumpirma rin ni Pia  na magi­ging correspondent siya for Inside Edition para sa Super Bowl.

“Yes, that’s true. I wasn’t able to reveal that during the press conference in Binibining Pilipinas because, of course, Inside Edition had to be the first one to reveal. But I found out this mor­ning that it’s actually out in the news already. So, yes, I am going to be the special corres­pondent of Inside Edition for the Super Bowl.

“I am very excited. I think it’s a great compliment --- I see it as a compliment because they wouldn’t trust me with the microphone if they didn’t think that I could do well or speak [well]. So I think that’s a pretty good sign. So it’s a great way of me connecting to more people, meeting new people and being recognized not just as a Miss Universe, not just as Pia, but also as a Filipina,” pagkukumpirma ng beauty queen.

Dear Uge, kasado na ang pagsisimula sa Araw ng mga Puso

Looking forward si Eugene Domingo sa nalalapit na pagsisimula ng Dear Uge. Ayon sa Kapuso actress/comedienne, funny side ng love ang mapapanood sa bawat episode kung saan tampok ang iba’t ibang artista na gaganap sa mga kakaibang roles, at this time ay makikita sila na nakakatawa. “Nakakaaliw ang mga episodes. Kaya I’m very, very excited,” ayon kay Uge.

Nakatakdang magsimula ang Dear Uge on Va­lentine’s Day, February 14.
