Hay naku naku naku mga kahugyawnatics ug mga kabonding, nagsugod na’g pakitang gilas atong mga kandidata atol sa ilang PRE PAGEANT night kagabii sa Ayala Terraces. Murag tigi kung tigi gyud karong tuiga kung kinsa gyud ang mamahimong bag-ong Ambassadress of Cebu. Congratulations sa mga nakakuha sa mga special awards kagabii ug karon dire sa Banat News Hugyaw (BNH) laing duha napud ka finalists ang atong mas mailaila.

BNH: Unsa imong advocacy?

Cheska: Ang akong advocacy kay more on health awareness ilabi na sa HIV - AIDS .

BNH: Ngano kini man?

Cheska: Ako ning napili kay in line man with my profession ug relevant kaayo ni karon sa atong society. Ilabi na nagkataas ang mga cases sa HIV-AIDS affecting not only adults but also children. Health awareness is the key. 

BNH: Kinsa ang nag-covince nimo nga muapil?

Cheska : My friends always encourage me to join but ako gyung manager nga si Rabie ang nag-convince nako  coz at first I was very hesitant. 

BNH: Unsay prayer nimo for Cebu?

Cheska: Akong prayer gyud for Cebu kay to be a safer place to live in. No more crimes, no more robbery, rape cases and away from the threat of terrorism. Life is a gift from God so we should respect each other’s right to live.

BNH:  Proudest moment sa imong kinabuhi?

Anna: Siguro, katong nakoronahan ko isip Miss Asturias 2015.  It was my first time to join a pageant and luckily won Miss Talent and the title. I was also proud of myself pag talent portion kay I played the guitar and sang in front of a huge crowd. I was proud of myself because I didn’t stop my dreams from happening because I let my faith grow more than my fears.

BNH: Kun ikaw ang mamahimong sunod nga Miss Cebu, unsa ka nga matang sa Miss Cebu ug unsa imong himuong proyekto?

Anna: Kung ako ang makoronahan isip Miss CEBU, I’ll be the Miss Cebu that WALKS THE TALK. A lot of people are gifted with knowledge and numerous game changing ideas but it takes one brave soul to actually be involved sa mga proyekto ilabi na para sa community sama sa mga tree planting, medical missions ug feeding programs ug lain pang mga activities that raises aspects in our city that is poorly sustained. A responsible title holder that bases actual facts on improving societal conditions and not disappointing them with words and promises I can’t really keep.

BNH: Unsa may greatest learning ni Anna sa kinabuhi?

Anna: The greatest learning nako sa akong life is to always look forward with hope and not backwards with regret. :)
