TFC at OWWA, nag-launch ng music video para mas maabot ng OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – Nag-renew ng kanilang commitment ang The Filipino Channel (TFC) at Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA) para mag-serve sa mga overseas Filipino (OFs).

Simula noong 2013, magka-partner na ang TFC at OWWA para sa Pre-Departure Orientation Program (PDOP) and information dissemination efforts. Nagkaroon sila ng memorandum of agreement (MOA) para mas tutukan ang mga serbisyo na kailangan ng ating mga kababayan.

Part of this approach is to explore other communication tools para mapalawak ang pakikipag-ugnayan sa overseas Filipino audience.

Nag-lauch din ang TFC at OWWA ng isang music video na may titulong Abot Kamay para magbigay ng assurance sa bawat Filipino saan mang bahagi ng mundo na abot kamay sila ng OWWA.

Sa kasalukuyan, mayroong 31 posts (Philippine Overseas Labor Organization or POLO) ang OWWA sa 25 countries. To be able to enjoy the benefits of these programs, especially its education, repatriation and reintegration programs, ini-encourage ang overseas Filipinos na sumali at maging miyembro.

Bilang miyembro, the OFs can enjoy information and counseling programs pre-departure; outreach and assistance programs in-region, and livelihood and financial programs upon their return.
