Cinema One Orig, nag-level up na

Pilipino Star Ngayon

MANILA, Philippines – Sa loob ng sampung taon, nagpalabas ang Cinema One Originals ng pinakakakaiba  at mga palaban na independent films sa Philippine cinema.

At sa 11th year nito ay handang-handa na sila para mag-level up.

“Kakaiba Ka Ba?” ang napiling tagline ng Cinema One Originals Mark 2.0 na hindi magpapapigil sa pag­bibigay ng mga kakaiba at classic na mga pelikula na lalong nagpapa-engganyo sa filmma­kers at film-goers.

Starting everything off are our Originals 2015 na kasama ang mga pelikula gaya ng Joel Ferrer’s Baka Singuro Yata, starring Bangs Garcia, Dino Pastrana, Ricky Davao and Cherie Gil; Sheron Dayoc’s religious horror gothic, Bukod Kang Pi­nag­pala, starring naman mother and daughter in real life, Bing Pimentel and Max Eigenmann; Sari Dalena’s Dahling Nick, starring Raymond Bagatsing in the title role; Bor Ocampo’s Dayung Asu, featuring Ricky Davao at Jun Jun Quintana as father and son; Ralston Jover’s Mamog, starring former child actor Zaijan Jaranilla and Terry Malvar; Carl Joseph Papa’s Mamang Biring, Erlinda Villalobos playing the title role; Raymond Red’s Mga Rebeldeng Walang Kaso, starring Felix Roco, Epi Quizon, Earl Ignacio at Nico Manala, and Ara Ca­hwdhurry’s Miss Bulalacao, introducing Russ Ligtas, who plays a drag queen at ang The Comeback ni Ivan Andrew Payawal.

Magbibigay ng tribute ang Cinema One Originals 2015  sa Cinema One Originals at sa mga short filmmakers from the 80s na pangungunahan ni Raymond Red, Nick De Ocampo, Rox Lee and Joey Agbayani, the pioneers of alternative cinema.

Magpapalabas din ng 10 short film na mula sa Pilipinas, sa New Zealand at sa Iran.

From November 9-17, mapapanood sa mga sine­han sa Trinoma, Glorietta, Resorts World and SM Megamall ang mga nasabing pelikula ng Cine­ma One Originals, ano, Kakaiba Ka Ba?
