CEBU, Philippines - Pipila ka adlaw human gipasakaan og kasong libel ni GMA Films President Annette Gozon-Abrogar ang Kapuso star nga si Sarah Lahbati, dugang kaso usab ang giatubang karon sa aktres.
Ang GMA-7 niduso og civil case alang sa “Specific Performance with Damages†batok sa young actress .
Gisang-at kini sa Regional Trial Court sa Quezon City niadtong Biyernes.
Base sa reklamo sa GMA-7 batok kang Sarah nga nisupak gyud ang aktres sa konrata niini.
Lakip sa reklamo sa GMA-7 mao ang liquidated damages nga moabot ngadto sa P7 million.
“Continuous dishonor and flagrant violations of her obligations to perform her role as an artist in GMA-7’s TV programs is highly detrimental to the entertainment TV block of GMA-7; thus, requiring Lahbati to immediately discharge her contractual obligations with GMA-7,†tipik sa statement sa GMA-7.
