Migradwar si Shamcey sa University of the Philippines (UP) ubos sa titulong magna cum laude ug topnotcher usab siya sa June 2010 Architect Licensure Exam.
Dunay gitas-on nga 5’7" si Shamcey ug lumad nga taga General Santos City,. Nahugyaw kaniya ang katawhan sa iyang tubag sa pangutana nga “What worthy cause do you identify yourself with and why?”
Samtang mao kini ang iyang tubang: “I think the one worthy cause I can identify myself with is valuing education. Because I believe education is something that cannot be taken away from you. You can have money, you can have fame, but in the end, it can be taken from you. But education will always be there to help you”.

Ang Bicolana beauty nga si Diane Necio maoy napili nga Bb. Pilipinas International, samtang si Isabella Manjon milangkat usab sa titulo nga Bb. Pilipinas Tourism.
Si Mary Jean Lastimosa napili nga 2nd runner-up ug nahimo usab nga 1st runner-up si Janine Tugonon.
