Anak nina Pops at Martin na-excite maging VJ

MANILA, Philippines - Pormal nang ipinakilala ng MYX, ang nangu­ngu­­nang music channel sa bansa, ang tatlong pi­na­kaba­go nitong video jocks na sina Julz Sa­vard, Ton Ver­gel De Dios at Robin Nievera.

Mukhang may potential ang tatlo na maging magaling na VJ.

Nagsimula na silang mag-host sa MYX. Mapa­panood si VJ Julz sa MYX International Top 20 (kasama si VJ Janine), Pinoy MYX, My MYX, Pop MYX at Take 5. Magho-host naman si VJ Ton sa My MYX, Pop MYX, Rock MYX at Take 5. Samantalang bibida si VJ Robin sa mga show na My MYX, Pop MYX, Rock MYX at Versions. 

Ayon kay Andre Allan Alvarez, channel head ng MYX, maganda ang kumbinasyon ng tatlong bagong VJs. “The three make a good combination. They have very distinct personalities and different types of sense of humor. But they’re all musically inclined.”

Sa presscon para sa kanilang tatlo, inihayag ng mga bagong VJs ang mga saloobin nila nga­yong opis­yal na silang bahagi ng channel. Paha­yag ng 18-year-old red-haired college student na si Julz, ipinag­mamalaki niyang maging MYX VJ. “It’s such a great feeling. I am very proud that I was chosen as one of the newest MYX VJs. I’m really so happy! I think the public voted for me because they just like the true me. The hair could’ve helped. But I think it’s really the personality that I brought with everything else. Now that I’m on MYX, they can expect a lot of laughter, a lot of joy, and a lot of smiles to all the MYX viewers.”

Ayon naman sa 21-year-old pretty boy rocker na si Ton, isang “dream come true” ang naganap sa kan­ya. “This is something I really want. I’ve been a fan of MYX since I was knee-high. And now that I’m of­fi­cially part of it, I’m just so thankful and excited. Now that I’m here, I’m gonna bring more attitude and more rock ‘n roll in MYX!”

Excited din ang 21-year old musician na si Robin sa mga susunod na araw niya bilang MYX VJ. “I’m gonna give whatever I can give, which is my ran­dom­ness and my dad’s wit and my mom’s quick mouth whatever that means. To my supporters, thank you so much. You have no idea how much this means to me.”
