Kasal ni Rufa Mae hindi tuloy!

SHOWBIZ DRIBBLE - Salve V. Asis -

“Never nga niyang pinakilala.

Hahaha.

“Hindi ko maunawaan kung bakit kini-curtail ang freedom of expression natin and my right as a Filipino citizen to vote and to express who I will be voting for,” sabi niya sa interview ng ABS-CBN.

Kasi, I guess, Quezon City ang ABS-CBN, so Quezon City jail see you,” sabi ni Kris sa nasabing interview.

Sa isang sulat na ipinadala ni Edu sa pamamagitan ng kanyang lawyer na si Romulo Macalintal, sinabi ng kandidatong bise presidente ni Gibo Teodoro that other ‘personalities’ who also endorse candidates are not asked or required to take a leave of absence from their work. “He adds that movie or TV ‘personalities’ who also endorse a candidate but who have no current TV show or program can earn a living endorsing as many candidates they want or can still continue making their movies to be shown after election. But their counterparts who have TV or radio shows are asked to stop working and are deprived of their livelihood by endorsing candidates.

“Edu’s second reason involves deprivation of property without due process. He believes movie and TV stars should not be deprived of lawful means of livelihood by the exercise of their right of suffrage or by merely campaigning for their chosen candidates.

“The third reason touches on the right to freedom of expression,” sa statement ng kampo ni Edu.

Okey.

Parang exciting.

“GMA for our story conference and presentation ng anthology. Friends, yes I’m doing a movie with Anne Curtis and Richard Gutierrez. The story is beautiful so trust me please co’z I am very hands on and choosy in choosing my movies and scripts very well kaya nga matagal ako bago gumawa ng movie because I really choose the best scripts. Di yung tanggap lang ng tanggap. Its really new and basta di ko ma-explain, ganda ng script.”

“Yes SK has always been Sabs manager and Santino’s as well for commercials, but now I too am under her care, anything that has nothing to do with ABS, SK will handle, as for Star Magic were still together. I’ll always be Star Magic! But now that I’m with GMA, Tita SK will manage me.

“Mr. M (Johnny Manahan) and Tita Mariole (Alberto) gave me their blessings. It has always been that way. Its complicated when you see it from your point of views, but 17 years gives you a certain kind of respect aside from the love, for them kasi alam nila pinagdaanan namin lahat and they can only protect us up to a certain point.

“But in all my moves and decision making, I consult them too. Our love and loyalty is beyond networks! It was never between loyalty only to the networks, it shouldn’t be that way in the first place. Our responsibility as actors is to make our audience happy and the networks to come up with projects to give the audience, co’z after all at the end of d day service for the Filipino nga di ba?

“Kaya its frustrating yung network wars and it has to stop coz they’ll still make money anyway so I sometimes feel that its hurting and kawawa ang mga artista kung mag-guest lang sa kabila di ka na bibigyan ng show or magtatampo. I see that in so many actors. Kaya nga nag-guest sa labas co’z walang work sa loob. Its not fair naman, ang loyalty is a two-way thing. It has to come with importance not ignorance...,” malamang tweet ng actress tungkol sa matinding network war.
