Beginning tomorrow, GMA-7 develops another viewer’s habit na pakatutukan ang Joaquin Bordado, produkto ng malikhaing isip ng batikang komiks king cum film director na si Carlo J. Caparas.
With no less than Robin Padilla in the title role, I think that JB is GMA’s most incalcuably expensive production: Set, costumes, special effects, stunts, and the actors’ fees notwithstanding.
At the launch over the week, para sa akin, the bigger star than the bida himself was Kylie Padilla. With features predominantly her mom Liezel’s, revelation si Kylie sa kanyang pagsayaw at stunts. I will be least surprised if come the PMPC Star Awards for TV, Kylie is a shoo-in for the New Female Discovery… minus the expected rigging?
