Snooky gustong maging secretary ng senador

Uulitin ko lang,  Snooky Serna should know when it’s time to stop scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Ang latest nga na career path na gusto niyang tahakin: Secretary at the Senate. Huwag na ’yung turtle-paced secretarial work ni Snooky if ever, kundi ano  ba talaga ang gusto niyang gawin sa buhay niya? Hindi masasabing ill-advised si Snooky, dahil obviously, siya rin naman ang adviser ng sarili niya.

But here she goes again. May soap opera na nga siya in the offing, thanks to her ingestion of soap and liquid bleach, may secretary at the Senate pa siyang nalalaman? So, what’s next?

Despite her eye-witness account told in the most accurate way possible, nalalagay pa rin sa alanganin ang kredibilidad ni Lolit Solis sa nasaksihang Piolo Pascual-Sam Milby “intimate moments” at a five-star hotel recently.

May mga nagpasinungaling na kasi sa iniulat ni ’Nay Lolit, na ang tagpong kanyang nakita with her very eyes ay pinanindigan niya sa Startalk kahapon.

Nu’n pa lang ikinukuwento ni ’Nay Lolit ang insidente sa Startalk meeting namin last Monday, it was so vivid that I could visualize the unguarded scene that my co-writer Nelson Canlas so envied!

Hindi tuloy napigilang mag-flash back kay ’Nay Lolit ’yung minsang nakita rin niya si Jan Marini inside a moviehouse kung saan hindi naman asawa raw nito ang kasama but a gorgeous guy she (’Nay Lolit) barely knew from Adam. It was a news item that instantly floated around, na pumik-up as told, that almost got me into trouble!

Back to Piolo-Sam, anyway, ’Nay Lolit is not about to take her word back even if she has to raise hell over a “heavenly” sight.

Moved to October 26 ang preliminary conference at hearing sa application ni Aiko Melendez for a Permanent Protection Order o PPO, this has twice been postponed.

Originally, the Quezon City RTC Branch 102 set it last October 12, pero nagkataong Ramadan so it was scheduled on October 18. But for some reason, hindi ito natuloy noong Huwebes.

Did we hear Martin Jickain say na dilatory o delaying tactics ng kam­po ni Aiko ang post­pone­ment ng kanilang paghaharap sa korte?

The Temporary Pro­tect­ion Order or TPO was granted to Aiko last September 12, na nag-take effect na rin nung araw na ’yon, and was valid for 30 days, meaning, nag-lapse na ang period na ’yon. The more delays in the second hearing, the longer nga naman na hin­di makikita ni Martin ang anak nilang si Marthena as ordered in one of the provisions.

Pero in-assure naman ni Aiko in her interview by Ricky Lo na in time ay makakapiling din ng kanyang estranged husband ang kanilang anak. Hindi rin daw maituturing na ipinagkakait niya ang bata, dahil sinusunod lang niya ang itinakda ng korte.

Sa ngayon, Aiko and Martin are still sailing through rough waters. It’s also a matter of time when this whole thing will come to a halt.
