Marielle, nanatiling bata

Napanatili ni Marielle ang kanyang youthful looks after nine years of absence in the local entertainment scene. She still is, that young and refreshingly beautiful teener named Lilet who sing and dance in the now defunct youth-oriented show That’s Entertainment.

In an interview during her self-titled album launching, inamin niyang pagtatapos sa kolehiyo ang isa sa inasikaso niyang gawin. Ginawa niya ito after staying with a sister in Japan for 21/2 years. She came back at tinapos ang Mass Communication course sa St. Joseph College in Quezon City.

Naging eksperto siya sa Nippongo and she was hired as an interpreter by a 5-star hotel in the Metropolis. Inabala niya ang sarili to forget her passion for singing. Pero hindi na niya ito nakayanan and decided to go back to her first love.

Very timely ang pagdating ng offer mula sa Ivory Records. Gumawa siya ng eleven cuts for her album. Her first single is a ballad by Snaffu Rigor — "Inside A Dream", "Dito Ako Nag-iisa".

Marielle is best remembered in the softdrink commercial in 1986 where she sang "I Am The Future of The World…" she’s back and more matured professionally, very talented — a perfect showbiz package. — BDC
