Dati back up musicians lamang sila nina Gary V., Martin, Regine, Zsazsa, Lani at Kuh pero nagpasyang magsama-sama ang ilang mahuhusay na session musician para mabuo ang grupong Q & A. Sila sina Marvin Qerido na miyembro ng bandang Second Wind, drummer Michael Alba na dating taga-Passage, Kettle Mata (guitar), Rancis de Leon (saxophone), John Ocampo (trumpet), Toby Zapanta (trombone), at ang album producer na si Chito Ilagan (bass) na dating kasama ng Rubberband.
Si Marvin ang musical director at keyboardist, si Chito ang bandleader at assistant niya si Mike.
On vocals sina Jay Marquez at Anna Lissa del Valle, sali dati sa Noisy Neighbors, Oliver Samson Conda, Michael Yonting at Jay Javier.
Behind the group is the tandem of Enrique Lagoc and Henry Pawhay ng Talentworks Entertainment Corp. Ang grupong ito ang naglunsad sa boy band na Synch-O.
