Kanta ni Aiza, movie nina Aga at Charlene

Inspired sa hit song ni Aiza Seguerra na "Pagdating Ng Panahon", ang gagawing movie nina Aga Muhlach at Charlene Gonzales sa Viva Films bago manganak ng twins ang actress sa November. Final na ang nasabing project na ididirek ni Jose Javier-Reyes.

Umalis ang mag-asawang Cesar Montano at Sunshine Cruz last Saturday for a two week business trip sa New York.

Magkakaroon ng show si Cesar doon at the same time, mamamasyal na rin silang mag-asawa.

Sa photo exhibit - Cesar Montano, The Quintessential Hanford Male may mga sexy photos si Cesar as model of Hanford products. Pero hindi ibig sabihin nito ay babalik na siya sa pagpapa-sexy. By the way, si Cesar ang product endorser ng Hanford briefs.

Anyway, ayaw nang magsalita ng actor sa issue sa kanila ni Maricel Soriano. Nakikipag-negotiate pa raw kasi ang manager niyang si Norma Japitana tungkol sa kanyang kontrata sa ABS-CBN for Kaya Ni Misis, Kaya Ni Mister.

Tapos na ring mag-shooting si Cesar for Mananabas in which Cesar starred, directed and line produced. He is also working on Mindanao, isang pelikula tungkol sa Mindanao under the direction of Marilou Diaz-Abaya for Star Cinema.

Sinagot din ni Cesar ang intrigang maraming naiinis sa kanyang production staff dahil sa pakikialam niya sa ginagawa niyang pelikula. "Masama bang makialam kung tama lang? Kung ayaw nila akong katrabaho okey lang. Marami namang iba na willing magtrabaho nang hindi nagre-reklamo at gustong matuto," he says sa isang ambush interview sa launching ng Hanford underwear sa RCBC Tower sa Makati last Friday night.

Sabagay, walang masama.

"There’s nothing wrong with having some wishful thinking! Wala namang bayad mangarap," sabi ng in-demand na sexy actress.

Anyway, sa kabila ng paghihigpit ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) sa mga bold movies, nakakalusot naman ang movie ni Allona like Kasibulan na kahit paano ay kumita.

"Akala kasi ng iba nanahimik ako kasi nga hindi masyadong in-demand ang sexy films. Ang totoo, wala akong pahinga since March. Sunud-sunod ang mga ginawa kong movie," she says.

Very athletic ngayon ang katawan ng sexy actress. "Nalilinya kasi ako ngayon sa action. In Dudurugin Ko Pati Buto Mo, hindi ako nagpa-sexy, nag-action ako. In fact, nag-aral ako ng aikido at kung-fu para sa role ko as dragon lady. Villain ako dito. Excited nga ako dahil as in naiiba talaga. And when I say, naiiba, it’s really different from my usual role. Maganda ang exposure ko. Isa pa, hindi lang daw dito iri-release sa Pilipinas kundi sa buong Asia at European market."

Bida sa said movie ang Japanese actor-producer na si Jacky Woo, Japan’s dance-shoot aikido master.

"Masarap katrabaho ang mga Hapon. Maalaga sila sa mga artista. We stayed in Cebu City for almost a month pero wala akong masabi sa accommodation. Spoiled nga kami."

Sa Halik Sa Aking Lupa, policewoman naman ang role niya. "Grabe ang ginawa ko rito, fight scenes, stunts, hindi ako nagpa-double, as in action-drama ito kaya pigang-piga talaga ako."

Bukod sa dalawang movie, kasama rin siya sa Halik Sa Aking Lupa starring Jeffrey Santos and Raffy Anido.

"Sinimulan na rin naming gawin ang Bay Angels, ala-Charlie’s Angels. Nag-aral ako ng aero-kickboxing para dito."

Pero sa kabila ng mga action movies niya, willing pa rin siyang mag-bold sa pelikula kung saan siya unang nakilala.

Naglabas ng dalawang letter ang Professional Artist Management Inc. (PAMI) headed by Ms. June Rufino para sa executive producer ng D! Day and Star Talk - addressed to Mr. Rommel Camacho, executive producer ng dalawang programa ng GMA 7 tungkol sa naging appearance ni Mr. Cheng Muhlach sa Star Talk at Amalia Fuentes sa D! Day respectively.

Pero bago sila naglabas ng nasabing sulat, may knowledge si Lolit Solis na isa sa mga host ng Star Talk at the same time ay member ng PAMI. Sinabi nila kay Ms. Solis sa kanilang last meeting sa Bistro Lorenzo ang kanilang plano.

You interviewed Ms. Amalia Fuentes and allowed her to publicity malign Ms. Ramos without giving her or her representatives the same opportunity to reply to these statements within the same program. The fact that the interview was taped and not a live interview all the more presents to us and our members your lack of concern with providing Ms. Ramos the opportunity to clarify the issues discussed by Mr. Muhlach.

"We have endeavored for many years to work for our talents and among our colleagues in the industry in a professional manner. This has resulted in achieving some amount of respect for talent management as a legitimate profession. Although we believe in nurturing harmonious relationships and in creating only positive energies, we also believe in standing for our right to protect our good name as professional managers.
