May bahid ng intriga sa Star Awards

May bahid ng intriga ang resulta ng PMPC 14th Star Awards for TV na ginanap sa UP Theater last Saturday night. Ito ay matapos magkaroon ng tie sa maraming kategorya.

Ang GMA 7 ang pinagkalooban ng Best Station with Balance Programming sa taong ito. Halos hindi na mag-tally kung ilang awards ang nakuha ng GMA at ABS-CBN dahil marami ngang nag-tie.

Best male TV host si Janno Gibbs. Si Pops Fernandez naman ang best female TV host. Nag-tie ang SOP at ASAP sa best musical variety show, best variety show ang Eat Bulaga. Nanalo naman ang The Buzz as best showbiz oriented talk show at male and female showbiz oriented talk show host sina Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino respectively.

Halos ala-1:30 na natapos sa UP theater ang nasabing awards night kaya past 2:00 na nang matapos ipalabas sa Channel 9 dahil sa technical problem.

Naging host sa Gabi ng Parangal sina Pops Fernandez na female star of the night din, Kris Aquino, Dingdong Dantes and Ralion Alonso.
