ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Seven members of the Iloilo City Police Office's Special Weapon and Tactics (SWAT) team were charged administratively and criminally by the management of Aksyon Radyo-Iloilo at the Office of the Ombusdman-Visayas along Gen. Luna St. here Wednesday morning.
