3 men rob gas station

Jennifer P. Rendon - The Philippine Star

ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Three motorcycle-riding men had an easy day robbing a gasoline station at the secluded area in Brgy. Ticud of La Paz district in this city Wednesday evening.

The armed robbers, who acted first as customers, first punched gasoline boy Crispin Gubatangga then grabbed the cashier Ernie Flores from the booth where the suspects took P15,300 in cash before fleeing the scene.

The Flying V Gasoline Station had neither a security guard nor a CCTV camera, but witnesses said the robbers left towards Jaro district.

Chief Insp. Alexander Rosales, La Paz Police chief, said the two employees failed to identify any of the three robbers from the rogue’s gallery. — (FREEMAN)
