Jagna beauty is Ms. Sandugo 2012

TAGBILARAN CITY, , Philippines  – Idy Cagas, representing Pundok Jagnaanon, made her townsfolk proud when she was crowned Miss Bohol Sandugo 2012 during the pageant held last July 20 at Bohol Cultural Center in this city as part of the annual Bohol Blood Compact celebration and 158th Bohol Foundation Day last Sunday.

Cagas received P60,000 cash and a trophy, and earned other awards: Miss Purefoods, Best in Production Number and Aldea Image.

First runner up was Marie Cris Evardo, of Anyag Tubigon 2012; second runnerup was Grace Mae Abong representing Biasong of Loon town, and completing the royal court were: Seinee Vi Mula of Clarin town and Thonasel Celis of Bohol Island State University (BISU)

Evardo also won Best in Talent, Miss Sun Cellular and Miss Aldea Smile awards, Abong won the Miss San Mig Coffee award, and Mula won the Best in Evening Gown.

Celis grabbed the Miss Friendship plum, while Lavella Arausa of Bilar town clinched the Best in Swimsuit, which was held earlier (July 7), and Miss Aldea Photogenic awards.

The pageant’s board of judges consisted of Carmen Gatal, Joyce Castillo, Charlaine Lim, wife of Mayor Dan Lim; Paolo Israel Legarda, Franz Eichenauer, lawyer Versalie Limos and Alexis Socias.

The Ms. Bohol Sandugo 2012 competition was managed by the Bohol Sandugo Foundation headed by Mariano Uy, deputy city mayor and owner of seaside Marbella Resort in this city.
