Number 1 ‘most wanted’ sa Cebu na dance instructor arestado
MANILA, Philippines — Arestado ang isang 53-anyos na dance instructor sa Cebu City dahil sa reklamong statutory rape at sexual assault.
Kinilala ang suspek bilang si Christopher Doverte Pascual na nakalista rin bilang pinakapinaghahanap na suspek sa Cebu.
Pinangunahan ng operation team ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 7 (CIDG 7) Mandaue City Field Unit kasama ang Regional Intelligence Unit 7 (RIU 7), PNP Maritime Group 7 at Police Station 10, Cebu City Police Office (CPO) ang pagtugis sa suspek na nadakip sa Sitio Taytayan, Brgy. Buhisan, Cebu City.
Ito’y matapos mag-issue ng warrant of arrest si Hon. Stephen Ian Belacho, Presiding Judge ng Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch Branch 22 aban sa suspek para sa krimeng statutory rape na walang inirekomendang piyansa at sexual assault na may piyansang inirekomendang P200,000.

Danao Jr. sa isang pahayag, Huwebes.
Ang statutory rape ay krimen na ipinapataw sa isang taong nasa ligal na edad na nakipagtalik sa isang batang 15-anyos pababa.
