Boto kay Maliksi napunta sa kalaban

-

“It is possible that some of the voters like the senior citizens may have overlooked the name written in the first line of the third column and just simply shaded the circle in reference to the official sample ballot where my name was in that spot,” pahayag ni Maliksi.

“It can also be that some of the voters had second thoughts of shading the circle beside my name in the actual ballot where it is printed in the second line of the second column for fear that it might not be read by the precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machine as a vote for Maliksi because in the official sample ballot from Comelec, my name was not in that spot.”
