Padaca, lalaban hanggang Supreme Court

-

“I can’t give-up. This is not just about me anymore. It’s no longer about Isabela. It’s no longer about Grace Padaca. This is a fight for the future, a fight to protect and preserve the dignity of institutions (like the Comelec) against (corrupt) systems,” pahayag ni Padaca.

“I can’t imagine how my 17,000-vote lead over (Benjamin Dy) would be turned around just that easy. If that’s the case, we would rather have no elections at all. Let’s just enter into a package deal with the Comelec,” pahayag ng naluluhang si Padaca sa radio interview.

“The decision of the Comelec in Padaca case is a big blow to the integrity of the Melo Commission. I don’t know how we could still trust Comelec with this kind of decision in future cases involving candidates in the 2010 elections. I have some clients who are victims of scandalous decisions of the Comelec. What a shame!” ani Macalintal. Victor Martin
