“We are following President Aquino’s national development strategy of pursuing big projects under the PPP scheme, hence, we decided to be part of this international gathering sponsored  by the ADB Cities Development Initiatives for Asia (CDIA) and the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, wika pa ni Mayor Cataquiz pagdating nito mula sa kanyang Singapore trip.
