Generals dinomina ang World Balance 3x3 Streetball League
MANILA, Philippines — Wagi ang Generals mula sa Parañaque bilang kampeon ng World Balance 3x3 Streetball League nitong weekend sa Trinoma Activity Center sa Quezon City.
Trumangko sa kampeonato ng Generals si Jerico Sevillano sa kanilang dominanteng 21-7 panalo kontra sa Underground sa one-game finals ng 32-team World Balance tourney.
Umariba sa 8 points at 4 rebounds si Sevillano upang hiranging Most Valuable Player habang nag-ambag ng solidong suporta sina Johnmar Sapico at Joewelle Soriano na may 7 at 6 points, ayon sa pagkakasunod.
Pambato rin ang naging depensa ni Roque Esoce para sa Parañaque squad.
Naiuwi ng Generals ang prestihiyosong World Balance trophy sahog pa ang P100,000 grand prize at P50,000 na gift certificates.
Nakasama naman ni Sevillano sa Mythical Team sina Rengie Usi ng Underground, John Christopher Samson ng The Androd Show, Frian Sulapas ng Sulapas Bros at Eugene Rhobin Caliso ng Eudex para sa tig-P5,000 na World Balance GCs.
