Solid ang line-up ng Generika

MANILA, Philippines — Isang solidong lineup ang ipaparada ng Generika-Ayala sa Philippine Superliga (PSL) All-Filipino Conference na lalarga sa Oktubre 30 sa The Arena sa San Juan City.

Ayon kay Generika-Ayala head coach Sherwin Meneses, maganda ang chemistry ng kanyang tropa na ilang taon na ring naglalaro na magkakasama kaya’t palaban ang Lifesavers sa kumperensiyang ito.

“The adjustment period is over and it’s now time for us to come up with the result. We had a great off-season and our chemistry had improved. I hope we can carry the momentum all the way to the All-Filipino Conference,” ani Meneses.

Aasahan ng Generika-Ayala sina Angeli Araneta, Marivic Meneses, Mikaela Lopez, Fiola Ceballos, April Hingpit at Patty Orendain kasama ang mahusay na liberong sina Kat Arado at Bia General.

Nariyan din sina Bang Pineda, Carol Cerveza, Laizah Bendong, Sheeka Espinosa, Marlyn Llagoso at Jamie Lavitoria para magbigay ng solidong suporta sa oras ng pangangailangan.

Maganda ang resulta ng bagong sistemang ipinatupad ni Meneses. Mula sa seventh-place finish sa Grand Prix, nagawang umangat ng tropa sa ikalima sa Invitational Conference.

At sa pagkakataong ito, nais ni Meneses na dalhin ang Lifesavers sa semis.

 “Since the time I assumed, we’re improving every conference. Our team is very motivated to make it to the semifinals this time. There’s no more excuse since we have been together for one whole year. So, it’s now time to play hard and deliver the result,” ani Meneses na humalili kay dating national team head coach Francis Vicente sa unang bahagi ng taon.
