RCadayona - Pang-masa

MANILA, Philippines – Sa biglaang pag-atras ni Scott Quigg ay napilitan si Bob Arum ng Top Rank Promotions na ihanap ng ibang kalaban si dating world five-division champion Nonito ‘The Filipino Flash’ Donaire, Jr.

Sinabi ni Arum na maaari niyang itapat si Donaire kay Mexican fighter Cesar Suarez, ang kasalukuyang No. 1 contender sa super bantamweight division ng World Boxing Organization.

“We’d like him to face this Suarez kid, the number one WBO (super bantamweight) guy from Mexico in either a title eliminator or an interim title,” wika ni Arum kay Donaire.

“They were serious about doing that fight but then when they say with Quigg he wanted so much money to make it, it was impossible to do,” wika ni Arum sa Matchroom Boxing Promotions na humahawak sa tubong Manchester, England.
