Rose umabot ng 4th quarter sa panalo ng Bulls vs Hornets
CHICAGO – Nagtala si Derrick Rose ng 17 points sa halos 28 minuto at lumaro sa unang pagkakataon sa fourth quarter sa kanyang pagbabalik mula sa right knee injury na naglimita sa kanya sa 10 games noong nakaraang season.
Pumasok si Rose sa huling 7:22 minuto ng laro at tulungan ang Bulls na pigilan ang Charlotte 101-96 para sa kanilang ikaapat na preseason victory.
Siya ay 2-of-4 mula sa floor sa fourth quarter at umiskor lang ng 9- points kung saan lima ang kanyang ipinasok sa anim na free throws.
“With Derrick the only way he’s going to shake the rust off is to play,’’ sabi ni Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau. “So we’ve got to get him out there. The players have to get used to playing with him and he has to get used to playing with them and that’s how you build chemistry with the team.’’
