Cycling, basketball at boxing pag-uusapan sa PSA Forum

MANILA, Philippines – Ang sport na naghatid ng kaisa-isang gold medal ng Pinas sa 17th Asian Games, kaunting basketball at boxing ang pag-uusapan ngayon sa sesyon ng Phi-lippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum sa Shakey’s Malate.

Tatalakayin ni PhilCycling president Bambol Tolentino ang susunod na hakbang ng kanyang asosasyon matapos makapaghatid si BMX rider Daniel Caluag ng gold medal sa katatapos lamang na Asiad sa Incheon, South Korea.

Ang gold medal na napanalunan ni Caluag ang kaisa-isang ginto na nakuha ng 150-man Team Philippines sa quadrennial meet.

Kasama ni Tolentino sa public sports program na maririnig ng live sa DZSR Sports Radio 918 at suportado ng Shakey’s, Accel at Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. sina Globalport coach Pido Jarencio, team manager BJ Manalo at top rookie pick Stanley Pringle, kasama si dating world title contender Ber-nabe Concepcion, manager Ryan Gabriel at Saved By The Bell promoter Elmer Anuran.

Tatalakayin nina Jarencio, Manalo at Pringle ang magiging kampanya ng Batang Pier sa nalalapit na pagbubukas ng 40th season ng PBA habang pormal na ihahayag ni Anuran ang paglipat ni Bernabe sa kanyang lumalaking boxing stable.
