MANILA, Philippines - Dalawang trabaho ang gagawin ni dating natio-nal fencer at actor Richard Gomez.
Ito ay matapos siyang ihalal bilang fencing president at iniluklok na chief of mission ng Phl team para sa Asian Beach Games sa Phuket, Thailand sa Nobyembre.
“Richard Gomez is not only the fencing pre-sident, he was also named chief de mission to the Asian Beach Games,†wika kahapon ni Philippine Olympic Committee first vice president Joey Romasanta.
Isasama ni Romasan-ta si Gomez sa Phuket sa Hunyo 25 para pormal na ipakilala ang aktor sa Asian Beach Games organizers.
“I will be travelling with Richard in Phuket to officially inform them that he is the country’s chief of mission,†ani Romasanta.
Si Gomez ay dating miyembro ng national fencing team at naging player ng PLDT Home TVolution-Phl na tumapos na pang-pito sa Asian Men’s Volleyball Club Championship sa MOA Arena sa Pasay City noong Abril. Kasalukuyang kumakampanya si Gomez para sa Systema sa Phl Superliga.
