UAAP ‘di pa magdadagdag ng event

Pang-masa

MANILA, Philippines - Layunin ng University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) na lumahok sa lahat ng events ang kanilang mga member school.

â€œIt’s the UAAP’s objective to see all of its member schools fielding teams in the men’s and women’s and juniors’ divisions of the 15 sports on the program,” sabi ni UAAP Season 76 President Fr. Maximino Rendon, CM ng host Adamson University.

Sa ngayon, limang sport lamang sa  seniors division ang nilahukan ng lahat ng member schools na Adamson University, Ateneo, De La Salle, Far Eastern University (FEU), University of the East (UE), National University (NU), University of the Philippines (UP) at University of Santo Tomas (UST).

“That means at the moment, the UAAP would not entertain any notion on the inclusion of new sports, inclu-ding golf and gymnastics,” sabi ni Season 76 secretary-treasurer Ma. Luisa Isip also ng Adamson University.
