“I guess people are so used to seeing us like this, na made up kami and showbiz mode. Pero even before, it was never a problem to us.

“He’s more than okay. As in ‘yon na nga, payat siya kasi wala na siyang mga bisyo. In his whole life, proud ako sa kanya na never ever tried mga hard drugs or anything. We’re putting it out there and honest kami sa inyo. Sana may mga mag-respect din sa mga sinasabi namin because we wouldn’t lie about something like that. Billy used to struggle with alcoholism. He quit alcohol, he quit smoking. Wala siyang bisyo ngayon and he’s healthier than ever,” pagbabahagi niya.

Every month, he leaves the country to work. And every time he leaves the country, he does several shows,” pagtatapos ng aktres.

“I don’t shy away from writing TV shows or a series because it is a universal truth. I am a human being and I have feelings and but addressing these feelings I get from shows, automatic it is relatable. You can write about your own experiences and you can be sensitive to other narratives that move you,” pagtatapat ni Yael.

“It helps that it’s a series, you really get to know the characters. You see why they’re the way they are. Sociological factors, family ties, trauma. You see how they’re all shaped and the push and pull of every character. Ultimately, there’s just so much clarity in the way the narrative unfolds that it’s so easy to empathize, which makes it easier to feel and easier to write. When I like something, I write about it. It was designed to be a tearjerker, it was intense. It escalated and by episode 10, it was one of those mind-blowing heavy drama. It was time to write the song. I tucked in my wife (Karylle) then I started writing it. The song kind of wrote itself. Hindi lagi nangyayari ‘yon, just one of the magical moments,” pagdedetalye ng bokalista.

“I recorded guitar, vocals, and backing vocals and our producer Joey Santos, he is in Singapore. He added an atmosphere and everything worked out,” pagtatapos niya. (Reports from JCC)
