Sinagot ni Raymart Santiago sa ABS-CBN.com ang naging pasabog ni Claudine Barretto sa vlog ni Luis Manzano na meron itong kinuhang pera sa kanya.
Tho documented diumano ang sinasabi ni Claudine ayon sa usap-usapan.
But anyway, sinabi ni Raymart sa statement na pinadala ng kanyang lawyer na “We will not address, dignify, or respond to any statements made by Ms. Barretto regarding our client, for doing so is a breach of the Gag Order issued by the Honorable Court where the parties’ case for nullity of marriage is undergoing trial.
“The Gag Order dated 20 September 2023 of the Honorable Court directed that the parties refrain from expressing in any form, making any defamatory statement or comment, or answer questions pertaining to the other party, and from publicizing the same through print, broadcast media, or digital media. This Gag Order remains to be binding upon the parties.”
Nakasaad pa raw sa nasabing gag order na “Section 12 of Republic Act No. 8369, the Family Court Act of 1997, has provided for the confidentiality of court proceedings in child and family cases.”
Dagdag pa rito na “In light of the foregoing, we remind Ms. Barretto and all other media outlets that making, airing, and publishing defamatory statements about our client are violations of a court order.
“Nobody is above the law. Let this be a stern warning that Ms. Barretto’s act of making false, malicious, and defamatory statements about our client are flagrant violations of the Gag Order issued by the court where the nullity proceedings are pending.
“We will ensure that all legal actions will be taken to protect our client’s rights. The truth regarding the matter will come to light in the proper forum. We continue to put our trust in the judicial system of our country, where due process, justice, and the rule of law have always prevailed.”
Nabanggit nga ni Claudine sa interview ni Luis na hundreds of millions diumano ang hinahabol niya sa ex-husband na actor.
Aniya, ‘yung P116 millon ay sa isang bangko lang diumano nakuha. “We’re talking about hundreds of millions. Ang iniwan sa akin was P25,000.”
“Ang binalik lang niya sa akin nu’n during that time was P7 million. We were still together. Kasi nga kukunin pa niya sa kung sino ‘yung mga pinagtaguan niya nu’ng perang ‘yun.”
Pero ayaw naman niya raw tawaging magnanakaw ang dating mister at ama ng kanyang mga anak.
Babawiin na raw niya para sa mga anak.
Ang mga nasabing pera raw ay pinaghirapan niya kaya para ‘yun sa mga anak niya.
“Blood, sweat and tears ‘yun, eh. Literal. Para sa mga anak ko ‘yun.”
Nauna nang nabanggit ni Claudine na delay nang delay ang annulment nila.
Ongoing din daw ang annulment nila pero nade-delay dahil nilalaban ng actor ang custody ng kanilang mga anak na sina Sabina at Santino.
“Sa mediation lang kami nagkita, pero hindi naman kami nakakapag-usap.”
