May sariling record label na rin ang talent arm ng ABS-CBN na Star Magic, Star Magic Records na nagkaroon ng official launching kahapon.
Nakilala ang Star Magic sa pag-develop ng talents at maraming pinasikat na artista.
“When we brought up the idea of having a sub-label for Star Magic, hindi ako nagdalawang salita. Sila Roxy (Liquigan) and Jonathan (Manalo) (ABS-CBN Music) were very accommodating and very welcoming of the growth and the possibilities of expanding our artists into the recording genre,” pahayag ni Direk Lauren Dyogi, ang bossing ng Star Magic kahapon sa ginanap na virtual media conference.
“There is a big ocean of opportunities out there and Star Magic will continuously seek out those opportunities for all our talents, whether locally or internationally. We had very lofty dreams and I know it would take a whole community working together to achieve all our aspirations,” saad pa ni Direk Lauren.
Leading the pack of artists to watch out for in Star Magic Records ay walang iba kundi ang internationally-acclaimed performer, vlogger, and actress AC Bonifacio.
AC has been reaching millions of followers and subscribers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through her powerful dance covers, even gaining attention from internationally renowned acts such as Selena Gomez, Cardi B, B.I, Blackpink, and BTS. At maalalang earlier this year, she delivered an amazing performance as Star Vixen on the hit TV series Riverdale.

“I did write a part in the song. It was my first time writing. I am not a writer. I am more on movement. Movement became my diary, that’s where I release all my feelings. So that was my first time to release it and write down what I felt. I just kept writing and writing. I had the beat with me. Sir Jonathan was helping me. We were sending it back and forth and he was giving me feedback also,” sabi ni AC sa media conference kahapon.
