Regine Velasquez COVID-19 'close contact,' concert ipinagpaliban
MANILA, Philippines — Postponed muna ang paparating na digital concert ni "Asia's songbird" Regine Velasquez matapos mapag-alamang nakasalamuha siya ng isang coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patient kamakailan lang.
Ibinahagi ito ng Kapamilya Network apat na araw bago ang "Freedom: Region Velasquez-Alcasid Digital Concert," na mangyayari sana sa Valentine's day.

"Regine was recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and she is now in quarantine," ayon sa pahayag ng ABS-CBN Integrated Corporate Communications, Miyerkules.
"We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused... The health and safety of our artist and staff is our priority and we are tahnkful for your support and understanding."

Aniya, kikilalanin pa rin lahat ng mga ticket na nabili ng fans. Sasabihin na lang daw ng management kung kailan ang bagong "Freedom" concert schedule.
Pagtitiyak naman ni Regine, 'wag mag-alala ang publiko lalo na't okay naman daw siya at ang kanyang pamilya.
"Ok ako at ang family ko so don’t worry. We will announce the concert date as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding," sabi ng mang-aawit.
