“Farmer Ces at @vagabondfarms. Am really excited to devote more time to farming. Photo 1 is me amongst our malunggay trees. We are transferring them to the perimeter fence to plant dayap and avocado. Photo 2 is the tree house behind me. The @shopstylecat head wrap perfect for a day at the farm! 3 is one of the farm’s tree lined paths. 4 is the pile of cow manure to start a worm farm! Watch out for @vagabondfarms ‘ potting mix! 5 is our perimeter fence which will be lined with more kakawate and malunggay trees. 6 is our kamagong tree, now about 3 years old. 7 is my walk with @makilingmiracle just a stone’s throw away from the farm, with a majestic view of Laguna de Bay. The @vionicshoesph perfect for the late afternoon hike surrounded by nature’s splendor. Farming was the plan until ABSCBN plucked me out of ‘retirement’ from field reporting. Now it’s time to give it more focus as life has once again led me to a new journey. But I will always be #foreverkapamilya,” caption pa ni Ces sa kanyang IG post.
Nagsimula si Ces sa ABS-CBN noong 1989. Bago nagsara ang network, head si Ces ng ABS-CBN’s lifestyle ecosystem and executive editor ng lifestyle block and publication, ANC-X.
“This was one of the toughest days I had to face. Telling fellow Kapamilyas that they would lose their jobs by end of August. I lost mine too. We are doing all we can to mitigate the pain that will be felt by those affected, including paying out separation and retirement benefits and providing job placement programs. The loss of their jobs comes at a time when the uncertain and perilous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic further makes our decision truly difficult, but inevitable,” post ni Ces noong nakaraang linggo.
Tinawag ng maraming music critics ang Folklore as Taylor’s “greatest work.”
Ayon sa The Guardian: “Her emotional acuity has never been more assured.”
Sey naman ng Variety: “It’s hard to remember any contemporary pop superstar that has indulged in a more serious, or successful, act of sonic palate cleansing.”
At sey naman ng Billboard: “A project created in isolation, Folklore finds Swift pouring every inch of her current psyche, amidst an imperfect reality, into her songwriting. We’re fortunate that she decided to share it with us.”
Heto ang pinost ni Taylor sa IG noong ilabas na ang Folklore: “In isolation my imagination has run wild and this album is the result. I’ve told these stories to the best of my ability with all the love, wonder, and whimsy they deserve. Now it’s up to you to pass them down. folklore is out now: https://taylor.lnk.to/folklore”
May 16 tracks ang Folklore at ang unang music video na nilabas ay may titulong Cardigan na mayroon nang 15M views sa YouTube when it premiered last July 23.
“Before this year I probably would’ve overthought when to release this music at the ‘perfect’ time, but the times we’re living in keep reminding me that nothing is guaranteed. My gut is telling me that if you make something you love, you should just put it out into the world. That’s the side of uncertainty I can get on board with,” sey pa ni Taylor.
Ang iba pang singles ay The 1, Epiphany, Exile, The Last Great American Dynasty, Invisible String, at iba pa.
