Barbie Forteza best actress sa international film fest

MANILA, Philippines – “’Di po ako makapaniwala.”

Ito ang pahayag ni Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza matapos siyang kilalanin bilang best actress sa 36th Fantasporto International Film Festival sa Oporto, Portugal para sa indie film na "Laut."

Wala si Barbie sa mismong awards night at si direk Louie Ignacio ang dumalo at nagbalita sa achievement ng GMA7 star.

"Congratulations @barbaraforteza for winning Best Actress for LAUT- 36th Fantasporto International film Festival , Oporto, Portugal!!!! Soooo proud of you Barbie!!!!!! International Best actress ka na!!!!! Love you!!!," sabi ni Ignacio sa caption ng kaniyang larawan sa Instagram.

"Di ako nagkamali sa first choice ko !!:) @barbaraforteza sobrang laki ng tiwala ko sayo! Sooo proud of you!!!! And from the whole LAUT Team Congratulations!!!” dagdag ng director.

Gumanap bilang Nadia si Barbie kung saan isa siyang Badjao na ina.

Ipinalabas ang Laut bilang opening film ng Singkwento International Film Festival na ginawa nitong Pebrero 19 sa National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NNCA) sa Intramuros, Manila.
