Dennis mas pinili ang network contract kesa program contract sa Kapamilya

MANILA, Philippines - Buti na lang sa GMA 7 pa rin pumirma ng kontrata ang actor na si Dennis Trillo.

Ginanap ang contract signing last Monday sa Executive Lounge of GMA Network Center and attended by the top officers of the Network.

Eh kasi, program contract lang pala ang offer ng ABS-CBN kay Dennis so parang hindi naman sulit na makikipagsapalaran siya sa per program contract kesa sa GMA na network contract ang ibinigay sa kanya.

Present in the contract signing were GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, GMA President and Chief Ope­rating Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., GMA Films President Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar, GMA Entertainment TV’s Senior Vice President Lilybeth G. Rasonable, GMA First Vice President for Program Support Regie C. Bautista, GMA Vice President for Entertainment TV Marivin T. Arayata, GMA Vice President for Drama Productions Redgie Acuña-Magno, GMA Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, GMA Assistant Vice President for Corporate Communications Angela Javier-Cruz, GMA Assistant Vice President for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, Program Managers for ETV Charles Koo and Jocelyn Bautista-Pacleb and Dennis’ manager Popoy Caritativo .

“Sobrang proud ako na Kapuso pa rin ako. Excited na akong gumawa ng mga bagong shows. Excited na akong magtrabaho ulit. Wala na akong mahihiling pa. Dito sa GMA ako sobrang at home dahil kilala ko na ang mga tao dito mula sa pinakamaliit hanggang sa pinakamalaki. Dito ako sobrang kumportable dahil sila ang nagbigay sa akin ng mga projects na me­morable kaya nandito ako ngayon. Kailanman hindi ko makakalimutan yung pagtitiwala na ibinigay nila sa akin. Secured ako sa GMA dahil alam ko na hindi nila ako pababayaan. Hindi ko nga napansin na 11 years na ako dito sa GMA,” sabi ng actor after the contract signing.

Sa ABS-CBN nag-umpisa si Dennis pero nang lumipat lang siya sa GMA nagkaroon ng malalaking projects.

Hinahanapan na ng magandang project si Dennis after ng matagumpay nilang team up ni Tom Rodriguez sa My Husband’s Lover.

Their album naman ay umabot na sa Gold record award with over 10,000 units sold in combined digital and CD sales.

Ayon kay Ms. Rasonable, Dennis is one of the most talented and hardworking actors in GMA at nagpapasalamat silang hindi lumayas ang aktor. Sobra kaming nagagalak. More than 10 years na dito si Dennis. Pinili pa rin niyang magstay. It’s a sign that we have a good relationship with him and we’ve nurtured that over the years. Palagi kaming naeenganyo na magbigay sa kanya ng mga projects at mag-isip ng mga roles for him kasi we know he will always deliver. We are excited to give him new projects and offer him something that will still continue his stature as a great dramatic actor.”

Hindi pa man ipinapalabas ay agad na gumawa ng ingay online ang nalalapit na Asianovela ng ABS-CBN na Skip Beat matapos itong mag-trend nationwide sa social networking site na Twitter.

Dalawang beses nag-trend ang programa, una noong ipinalabas ang teaser plug at ikalawa noong ipinalabas ang full trailer, na pinagbibidahang nina Siwon at Donghae ng tanyag na Korean boyband na Super Junior, kasama pa ang Taiwanese sweetheart na si Ivy Chen.
