Adobong buko
(good for 2-4 persons)
Ingredients:
6 ka butong
1 white onion (slice into circle)
2 onion leaks(minced)
1 pc. green chili(minced)
1 tbs. cornstarch
3 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar/lime juice
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Isagul ang butong, onion leaks, green chili, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar ug vegetable oil.
2. Pabukali. Tunawa ang cornstarch gamit og tubig.
3. Ibutang ang half cup of water sa nagbukal nga adobo mix, dayon isagol ang cornstarch.
4. Ibutang ang white onions ug pa-anuki sulod sa singko minutos.
5. Ready to serve.
TOFU STAKE
Ingredients:
TOFU (as meat)
1/2 tofu (cut into rectangle)
2 cups flour
soy sauce
SAUCE
2 white onions (slice into rings)
1 clove garlic
1 green chili (slice into stripes)
5 tbs. soy sauce
10 pcs. lime or 5 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs. cornstarch
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/ 1/2 cups water
2 tbs. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
TOFU isip karne
1. Isagol ang tofu ug soy sauce.
2. Budburi og harina
3. Pritoha hangtud ma-golden brown.
4. Ipadaplin usa.
SAUCE
1.Painita ang frying pan, dayon ibutang ang vegetable oil.
2. Ilunod ang garlic, green chili ug ang piniritong tofu.
3. Ibutang ang soy sauce ug lime juice, sugar, salt, ug pepper. Ukaya.
4. Ibutang ang cornstarch sa tubig, dayon ilunod kini sa giprito na nga mga ingredients ug sugkaya.
5. Ilunod ang onions, pasagdi nga maluto sulod sa tulo ka minutos o labaw pa.
6. Hauna. Ibalhin sa serving plate.
7. Pwede nang kan-on.
