“In light of recent rumors surrounding actress KC Concepcion and the Belo Medical Group, we would like to categorically state that Ms. Concepcion has never visited any of our branches at any time. Likewise, we wish to reiterate that the Belo Medical Group has never used any device — whether video or audio — to secretly record the activities of its patients.
“We challenge anyone to present proof of this absurd allegation, confident that no such evidence exists. There is no logical reason why a business of our size, track record and reputation would ever invest in such worthless endeavor. More importantly, we value and uphold the privacy of our clients.
“We strongly condemn all those responsible for spreading this harmful gossip.”

Ayon kay tita June Torrejon-Rufino, PAMI President: “We are all aware of the current problems besetting the entire world. To name some: the economic recession, the recent Air France crash, the North Korea nuclear threat and the swine flu epidemic, which has already affected some of our fellowship Filipinos. Even our local entertainment industry is getting its share of trails: the video scandal, Ted Failon’s family crisis, the current state of our movie industry, rampant unemployment, the unending fight against film piracy and the sudden illnesses of our some of our prominent peers, like former Senator Ramon Revilla and our former President Corazon Aquino.
“Let us not forget the recent deaths of beloved colleagues Francis Magalona, Tita Muñoz and Paraluman.”
“It is in this regard that we, the officers and members of PAMI, requests all of our brothers and sisters in the local entertainment industry to attend this healing mass, so we call all together call on God to heal us both spiritually and physically, because we believe that with Him, in Him, nothing is impossible.”
