Leandro kinasuhan din

Kamakailan ay lumabas ang balita na idinemanda ng isang non-showbiz girl si Leandro Muñoz. Katulad din ng nangyari kay Jericho Rosales, child support daw diumano ang hinihiling ng babaeng naanakan daw ng aktor. Hanggang ngayon ay wala pang balita sa magkabilang kampo kung ano na ang estado ng nasabing kaso.

Nang minsang nagkita kami ni Leandro Muñoz, napag-usapan namin ang tungkol sa nasabing issue. Sinamantala na namin ang pagkakataon na kunin ang side niya since hanggang ngayon ay wala pang explanation mula sa kampo ng aktor. Timing naman dahil dala niya ang kanyang official statement sa nasabing child support case. Narito ang nilalaman ng statement ni Leandro:

A newspaper recently came out with a story that "actor-model Leandro Muñoz" was asked to appear before Judge Herminio Canlas of the Macabebe Regional Trial Court of Pampanga to answer the petition filed by Cherewin Ducot, allegedly his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter Francesca, 8 years old. Ducot was reported to be "demanding" a P30,000 monthly support for Francesca.

This much I can say:

"I am saddened that things have come to this- a court case. Although I have never admitted that I have a daughter and at the same time never denied it, I have never been remiss in my duties and obligations to Chesca whom I love so much, the only reason why I’m working so hard now."

"Since I started earning as an actor, I have been giving Chesca regular financial support and paying for her tuition fee. I have made sure that her living quarters at her mom’s home in Antipolo is comfortable so I provided her with an aircon, TV set, etc."

"Everything was going well, with Chesca spending weekends with me, until last christmas when her mom, for reasons that I don’t know, refused to let me see Chesca. Not knowing where to give the regular support for Chesca, since her mom’s family has been hostile to me (thus preventing me from personally going to Antipolo), I decided to add the money to small bank savings in my name and Chesca’s name. Chesca is also the beneficiary of an insurance policy I’m paying by installment."

"What makes me sad all the more is being pictured as the irresponsible and bad father because I’ve never been irresponsible and bad. I may forsake other people but not and never my daughter."

"I have also filed a counter charge against Cherewin Ducot who more than a year after we broke up bore a child by another man."

Base sa nasabing statement, mukhang hindi uurong si Leandro sa kaso dahil confident siya na ginagampanan niya lahat ang anumang responsibilidad na meron siya. Naku, sana lang ay matapos na ang mga ganitong problema at huwag nang dagdagan o gatungan pa ng mga tao sa paligid.

Iresponsable ang isang kasama sa panulat na nagbalitang naghitad si Kristine Hermosa sa ginawang santacruzan sa Cavite. Isang Caviteño diumano ang nakakita at nagkwento sa writer kung paano naging negative ang tingin ng mga tao sa aktres. I-claimed din na late at panay ang pagsusungit ni Tin sa mga tao.

Natawa kami at maging si Allan Real na manager ni Tin sa Talent Center dahil in the first place, walang santacruzan na dinaluhan ang aktres sa Cavite. Sa totoo lang, hindi na nga ma-entertain pa ng manager ni Tin ang mga ganitong imbitasyon dahil sobrang loaded ang schedule ni Tin for the whole year.
