A UP dropout who learned the ropes and threads of script-writing mula kay Ricky Lee, direk Joyce is back at the helm of Aga and Regine’s comeback team-up, Viva Films Pangako, Ikaw Lang isang feel-good movie, initial starrer.
Paboritong artista ni Joyce sina Aga at Regine. On the set, however, direk Joyce brushes away her "fan mentality" and directs her idols with the authority.
"I had a lot of fun with Aga and Regine while we were shooting Dahil May Isang Ikaw," says direk Joyce. "That’s why inbetween assignments, I’ve been looking forward to working with them again."
Scripted by Mel del Rosario (who also wrote the story), Pangako, Ikaw Lang also stars Bobby Andrews, Robert Arevalo, Evangeline Pascual, Bojo Molina, Sherilyn Reyes, Dencio Padilla, Jr. and (introducing) one-time Mutya ng Pilipinas Ricci Ocampo, with the special participation of Jaya and Rufa Mae Quinto.
