“Pinadalhan sila ng return to work order noong Monday at maliban doon ay may inilabas na order si RD (Regional Director) for the restrictive custody nitong dalawang pulis and yet they are failed to report based sa ating existing rules after three days if any personnel who are required to physical report for work and failed to report then they will be declared AWOL,”  ani Fajardo.

“‘Yung public prosecutor particularly yung associate public prosecutor, we have reasonable ground to believe na meron conflict of interest dahil ‘yung kanyang asawa ay possibly are related by affinity doon sa two police suspects,” dagdag ni Fajardo.
