May 79 youth at junior athletes mula sa 36 sports ang kikilalanin sa ikaapat na edisyon ng awards night na binuo ng Sports Commission (PSC)-Philippine Paralympic Committee (PPC)-Philippine Olympic Committee Media Group (PSC).
Nangunguna sa listahan ang magkapatid na swimmers na sina Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh at Behrouz Mohammad Madi Mojdeh na nagpasiklab sa iba’t ibang international tournaments.
Kasama rin sina world junior champions Tachiana Mangin ng taekwondo, weightlifters Angeline Colonia at Lovely Inan, 2024 US Junior Girls champion Rianne Mikhaela Malixi ng golf at wushu artist Alexander Gabriel Delos Reyes na bibigyan ng Young Heroes Awards.
Pasok din sa listahan sina Asian junior gymnastics gold medalist Karl Eldrew Yulo, world youth champion Isabella Butler ng jiu-jitsu, Asian age-group swimming gold medalist Jamesray Mishael Ajido at table tennis youth champion Kheith Rhynne Cruz.
May kani-kanyang awards din sina muay thai world champions Janbrix Ramiscal at Lyre Anie Ngina, at chess Olympiad gold medalist Ruelle Canino sa Super Kids Award category.
Sina three-time jiu-jitsu world champion Aleia Aielle Aguilar, Palarong Pambansa multiple gold medalists Albert Jose Amaro II (7 golds) ng swimming, Mitchloni Dinauanao at Francis Dave Sombal (5 golds) ng dancesports ang nasa Rising Youth Stars Award category.
