MANILA, Philippines – Binisita ng Professional Golfers Association of the Philippines (PGAP) Board of Directors si Games and Amusements Board (GAB) chairman Atty.
“During the courtesy visit, they addressed issues and concerns and shared insights to further improve professional golf in the country. One of the agenda items they discussed is the license requirements, particularly for the Teaching Pro license in professional golf," sabi ng GAB sa kanilang social media post.
"According to the approved Citizen’s Charter of the GAB – Professional Sports and Games Division, the following are the requirements for the Teaching Pro: 1. Application Form (1 original); 2. 2x2 colored photo (may be obtained at the GAB Office for free); 3. Drug Test (for individuals aged 59 and below); 4. Physical examination of a GAB Doctor or Signed Medical Certificate stating fitness to play golf by a Medical Doctor; and 5. For New Applicant: Golf Teaching Certificate from the GAB Accredited Golf Associations (GAB Resolution No. 06-33, s. 2006).'
