MANILA, Philippines — Pinangunahan ni Behrouz Mohammad Mojdeh ang listahan ng mga Most Outstanding Swimmer (MOS) awardees sa Class C ng 2nd BEST Swimming Challenge na ginanap sa Ouan’s The Farm Resort sa Lucena City, Quezon.
Nakalikom si Mojdeh ng limang gintong medalya para masungkit ang MOS award sa boys’ 8-year division ng torneong inorganisa ng Behrouz Elite Swimming Team (BEST) at Swimming Pinas.
Kasama ni Mojdeh sa mga pinarangalan sina Rojo Almario (6-under), Lucas Leonor (7), Lawrence Arabes (9), Richard Taggs (10), Jassen Rosas (11), Mark Cueto (12), Aros Macabasco (13), Alex Marasigan (14), Seamus Lobos (15) at Lord Michael Lim (16-over).
Wagi rin ng MOS sa girls’ class sina Kylee Magtangob (6-under), Rita Dimaandal (7), Clara Maligat (8), Naya Tolentino (9), Iongrid Lobos (10), Heither Baesa (11), Ayeles Mirandilla (12), Marcia Isabelle Ferrer (13), Aliah Bernas (14) at Kelsie Cabangon (16-over).
Sa Class AB, namayagpag sina Bella Fano (9), Marianne Lopez (10), Shinloah San Diego (11), Apple Abin (12), Althea Virrey (13), Shaenna Andal (14), Althea Villapena (15) at Julia Kate Abin (16-over) sa girls.
Sa boys’ class, nanguna sina Hugh Alberto Parto (9), Dirk Chicote (10), Ryan Macapanpan (11), Peter Dean (12), John Harold Borneo (13), Benedikt Munoz (14) at John Mathew Rala (15).
“We are happy with the outcome of the competition in Lucena. A lot of talented young swimmers have emerged and some of the even qualified to the international competitions that we’ll be joining including the Royal Bangkok Swim Meet in Thailand,” sabi ni BEST president Harold Mohammad Mojdeh.
