KALIBO, Aklan, Philippines – Umabot sa 40 atleta ang kinilala bilang Most Outstanding Swimmers sa Class C at Motivational categories sa 8th Philippine Swimming League (PSL) National Series-Gov. Florencio Miraflores Swimming Championship na idinaraos sa Aklan Provincial Sports Complex sa Makato rito.
Nakakuha ng pinakamalaking puntos si Alic Deniel Dela Cruz sa kanyang 27 puntos nang pangunahan ang girls’ 15-over event, habang si Joe Marie Borres ay may 50 puntos sa boys’ 6-year category.
Ang dalawang tankers ay lumalangoy para sa Capiz Turbo Shark.
Sina Laika Mae Enero ng Aklan Swimming team at Knorlegne Elizabeth Corpuz ay kumubra ng 30 at 24 puntos, ayon sa pagkakasunod, para tanghaling MOS sa girls’ 14 at 13 categories.
“Sinikap talaga ng PSL na kilalanin ang galing ng mga swimmers sa Class C at Motivational categories para magsilbing motivation nila na mag-improve pa sa kanilang paglangoy. Kaya naman libong medalya ang aming ibinigay sa kompetisyong ito,” wika ni PSL president Susan Papa.
Ang iba pang pinarangalan ay sina Erika Villareal (girls’ 11), Rafael Dionela and Cyru Masangyu (boys’ 11), Adriana Yulo (girls’ 12), Laurenz Roldan (boys’ 12), Tomas Bryce Cabrera (boys’ 13), Jopearlson Ituriaga (boys’ 14), Jeru Masangyu (boys’ 15-over), Estelle Margaret Mendez (girls’ 6-under), Samantha Lachica (girls’ 7), Denver Tolinero (boys’ 7), Irynne Sustiguer (girls’ 8), Victor Cabrera (boys’ 8), Georjeana Plenago (girls’ 9), Christian Alovera (boys’ 9), Junalyn Degoma (girls’ 10) at Ethan Cabrera (boys’ 10).
