Russell Cadayona - Pilipino Star Ngayon

Ipinarada ng Manila Mavericks, Singapore Slammers, Indian Aces at UAE Royals ang mga kagaya nina world women’s top two players Serena Williams at Maria Sharapova at men’s top three netters na sina Andy Murray, Tomas Berdych at Marin Cilic.

“The Philippines has always been a place that I’ve wanted to visit,” sabi ng 27-anyos at 6-foot-2 lady netter. “I always knew that I had a huge fan base in the Philippines, and it’s one of the biggest reasons why I came here.”

“I usually don’t play too many exhibition matches in the off-season, but when I heard that I had the opportunity to come to Manila and play for my fans here, I thought it would be a great opportunity,” pahayag pa ng Russian.

“The reaction was really nice and was really overwhelming,” wika ng 33-anyos na si Williams. “To play in front of you guys is really my honor.”

“With the kind of high we started off here in Manila we can safely say that we’re off to a good start,” wika ni Bhupathi sa Manila leg ng IPTL.
