Pagasa: Fair weather expected this week
MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country are forecast to experience fair weather in the next three days or most likely for the rest of the week, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a three-day weather outlook issued yesterday, Pagasa said the northeasterly surface windflow or the slightly cooler wind coming from the northeast is still affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
This will bring cloudy skies and some isolated rainfall to some provinces in the afternoon or evening.
Pagasa said no typhoon or low-pressure area (LPA)
is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next three days or possibly for the rest of the week.
Metro Manila is forecast of have partly sunny skies with temperatures ranging from 25 to 33 degrees Celsius but with possible isolated rains in the afternoon or evening.
Baguio City is also expected to be sunny with cooler temperature ranging from 16 to 24 degrees Celsius, but with some isolated rains in the afternoon or evening.
