Kamandag ni Eleazar
MARAMING nakapuna sa pamamayat ni Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar. Dala kaya ito sa kakulangan sa tulog o nalaspag ang katawan sa pagtutok sa kanyang mga tauhan noong nasa Calabarzon pa siya? Tatlumpu’t walong araw niyang pinamunuan ang PNP Region 4A (Calabarzon) at marami siyang accomplishment. Napatino niya ang mga tutulog-tulog na pulis na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto sa high value target criminals at drug pushers/users.
Regional Director Chief Superintendent Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar and the PRO 4A police force have captured 119 persons in the Region’s Most Wanted Persons List. From an average of only 78 arrests per month since January, 2018, all of a sudden, with Gen. Eleazar as the head of the region starting sometime April, arrests soared to 101 or plus 30%. The most recent significant arrests include that of 2 AWOL cops from Rizal Province, via a buy bust operation in Bgy. Burgos, Rodriguez, Rizal. Arrested were PO2 Benjo Sionilo who was in the service for 11 years before turning AWOL last Mar. 16, 2018. Also arrested was PO1 Ivan Henrick Tavas, a policemen of 7 years, who was charged with AWOL twice, one last July 1, 2016; and then again, after coming back to the fold, charged with AWOL again last March 29, 2017. Five sachets of Shabu plus the firearms issued to them by the PNP were confiscated from them. They were arrested by the combined efforts of the Provincial Intelligence Board led by Supt. Cristopher De La Peña and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit led by Supt. Pablito Naganag; under the supervision of Rizal Provincial Commander, Sr. Supt. Lou Evangelista.
Ang kasipagan ni Eleazar ay di matatawaran. Ibang klase rin ang determinasyon niya. Malawak ang intel kaya nadadakma ang mga kriminal at pusakal sa Calabarzon. Ang katangiang ito ni Eleazar ang dapat tularan ng hahalili sa kanya sa Region 4A. At ngayong siya na ang NCRPO chief nakahanda na siyang makipagsagupa sa mga criminal. Hindi na ito bago kay Eleazar dahil nahasa na siya nang pamunuan ang QCPD. Mahigit 200 ninja at kotong cops ang naipatapon niya sa Mindanao nang magsagawa siya ng internal cleansing sa QCPD. Kaya yong mga pulis sa limang disrito ng Metro Manila, magbago na kayo para di-matikman ang kamandag ni Eleazar.
