Centralized vehicle management system, inilunsad ng Quezon City LGU

MANILA, Philippines — Inilunsad ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Quezon City ang centralized vehicle management system para sa epektibo at  environmental sustai­nability ng lungsod

Ayon kay Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte,­ aarangkada ang programa sa pamamagitan ng impressive fleet ng 23 state-of-the-art ­hybrid vehicles at tatlong ­commuter vans.

“These eco-friendly cars will facilitate essential activities such as business monitoring, project site inspections, meetings with barangay officials, and participation in social welfare initiatives, ensuring that the city’s workforce can respond promptly to the needs of QCitizens,” ani Belmonte.

Ayon kay Belmonte, patunay din ito ng pa­ngako ng lokal na pamahalaan na isulong ang adbokasiya na greener city katuwang  ang Clean Air Asia, Quezon City Climate Change and Environmental Sustai­nability Department.

“The newly introduced hybrid vehicles, capable of seamlessly transitioning between gasoline and electric power, promise substantial savings on fuel and maintenance costs, further undersco­ring the city government’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and environmental stewardship,” pahayag ni Belmonte.
