MANILA, Philippines — Muling nagsagawa ng balasahan sa Philippine National Police (PNP) kung saan 10 matataas na opisyal nito ang binigyan ng bagong puwesto.

Batay sa order na inilabas ni PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil, epektibo nitong Biyernes ang reshuffle kina Police Regional Office Director PBGen. Redrico Maranan bilang bagong regional director ng Police Regional Office (PRO) 7 (Central Visayas) habang papalit naman sa PRO 3 si PNP Information chief at spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo. Papalit kay Fajardo si Col. Randolf T. Tuaño bilang acting Public Information Office chief at spokesperson

Si Brig. Gen. Roel C. Rodolfo naman ang bagong regional director ng PRO 9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) na unang itinalaga bilang PNP-Anti-Kidnapping Group nitong Miyerkules, Enero 8. Ipapalit sa kanya si Col. Elmer Ragay.

Magiging officer in  charge naman ng Highway Patrol Group si  Brig. Gen. Eleazar Matta na dating PNP Drug Enforcement Group Director. Hahalili kay Matta si Col. Rolando Cuya, Jr. habang si Brig. Gen. Bowenn Joey Masauding ay itinalaga bilang  deputy director ng Directorate for Comptrollership.

Itinalaga naman si Brig. Gen. Wilson Asueta bilang deputy director ng Directorate for Information and Communications Technology (DICT) habang si Brig. Gen. William Segun  ang deputy director ng Area Police Command sa Southern Luzon.

Ayon kay Marbil ang balasahan ay bahagi pa rin ng pagpapabuti ng sistema ng organisasyon. Paghahanda rin ito para sa posisyon ng mga susunod na opisyal ng PNP.
